Smart to build the 3rd adventure of this band of galactic superhero misfits around the CGI raccoon, as he's the only character that can sustain the more-is-more-is-more-is-more aesthetic of James Gunn's sci-fi comic-book series. Voice work is much stronger here than the performances by the actors who had to actually show up—except Nathan Fillion, whose costume, facial expressions, and line readings are quite funny. Can’t say the same for Stallone, though. Yikes!
