Films of 2004

In the early Aughts I only saw about 30 films a year, so I can't say I have any authority to make grand pronouncements of the overall quality of movies during any particular year of this decade. However 2004 was an especially disappointing time at the pictures for me, as I disliked many of the most popular and/or acclaimed films. Clearly I need to catch up on many that I missed from this time. I hope to get around to explaining why films like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Incredibles, Shawn of the Dead, Before Sunset, Bad Education, Anchorman and Fahrenheit 9/11 didn't work for me.
