When two former high-school friends coincidentally bump into each other out in the middle of nowhere, we're invited home with them to a desolate New Mexico ranch where we learn their backstories and unique situations. This sharp, quiet little 70 min micro-budget blend of stalker drama and supernatural thriller with a light but consequential tone shows what a few folks with a camera and an original take on genre can accomplish.
Director/producer/cinematographer/editor Pete Ohs’s (Everything Beautiful Is Far Away) who co-wrote the script with his four-person cast, makes the most out of minimal resources and elements, keeping us guessing as to where the film will take us. It's not exactly a journey with a real destination, but the trip is still well worth taking.
